FreeOTP+ – feature-rich two-factor authenticator for Android

FreeOTP+ is a two-factor authentication app for Android. It is an enhanced fork of FreeOTP, adding a broader range of features while retaining support for standard one-time password authentication.

The app generates HOTP and TOTP authentication codes and lets you add tokens by scanning QR codes. A search facility makes it easier to find accounts in a large collection, while tokens can be placed into categories and filtered by category.

FreeOTP+ provides import and export functionality using Google Drive or other Android document providers. It can require biometric authentication or a PIN before the app opens and includes heuristic-based offline icons for more than 250 websites. The interface uses Material Design 3, supports a dark theme, and much of the original code has been rewritten using modern Android Jetpack libraries and Kotlin.
