BOUML is a free UML 2 tool box including a modeler allowing you to specify and generate code in C++, Java, IDL, PHP, Python and MySQL.

There’s a good range of plug-outs available.

The software is free to use.

Features includes:

• Program simultaneously in C++, Java, Php, Python, IDL and MySQL.
• Full access to the generated forms.
• Extensible, and the external tools may be developed in C++ or Java, using BOUML for their definition as any other program.
• Very fast and doesn’t require much memory to manage several thousands of classes.
• Cross-platform software – runs under Linux, MacOS X, and Windows.
