MultiSystem is an open source utility that allows you to squeeze multiple distributions on to a single USB key.
This software lets you quickly test and install multiple Linux distributions, and other operating systems.
It is particularly useful for testing distributions on laptops and netbooks that do not have an optical drive.
Features include:
- Easy to use interface albeit clunky.
- Generates a boot menu.
- Add a persistent storage for each distribution. This allows it to use the stick as a multi-boot system, and the changes performed by the user are saved and available at the next start of the system.
- Can be run from within Ubuntu Linux to create a Custom Multiboot UFD containing your preferred Bootable Live Linux Distributions.
- Uses Grub2 instead of Grub Legacy.
