GroundworkCSS is a fully responsive open source HTML5, CSS and Javascript toolkit.

GroundworkCSS is a responsive design tool to rapidly prototype and create accessible web apps that work on virtually any device. It features a flexible, nestable, fluid grid system.

Groundwork was created by Gary Hepting.

Features include:

• Nestable, fractional, responsive, adaptive, fluid grid system; supporting any columns in any fractional amount from halves to twelfths.
• Supports semantic markup with ARIA attribute selectors, using Sass’ @extend, @mixins, %placeholders & more.
