Chipdisco – dual-deck DJ app for tracker modules

Chipdisco is a dual-deck DJ application for tracker modules (.MOD/.XM/.S3M).

The software is based on IBXM by Martin Cameron.

The software is written in the Java programming language.

Key Features

  • Playlists.
  • Cue mixing.
  • Adjust pitch without affecting tempo, or vice versa.
  • Mute, pan, or otherwise affect individual channels in each deck’s module on the fly.
  • 4-channel MODs are fully panned right for cue-mix or left for FOH playout.
  • Crossfader ‘FADE’ mode – central crossfader position sets both decks to 50% volume so you can fade smoothly between tunes with less cacophony.
  • Pattern sync-lock now master/slave.
  • Remappable MIDI.
  • Beatmatch, pitch shift and mute tracks.
  • Cross-platform support – runs under Linux, Mac, Windows, and other operating systems that support Java.
