Music Players

Musicalypse – audio player and server built with Web technologies

Last Updated on September 1, 2020

Other Features

There’s a good range of configuration options. You can define multiple music folders, choose from 4 different themes, and prevent your system from going to sleep (useful if you are streaming music on your local network).

There’s also support for grabbing lyrics on the web from lyrics providers lyrics.wikia.com and lyrics.ovh. The lyrics can be saved locally.

The themes offer the choice of 4 different color schemes:

  • Dark/Green (default).
  • Light/Blue.
  • Blue/Orange.
  • Pink

Here’s the Blue/Orange theme in action.

Lyrics are integrated in the Library view. If lyrics aren’t found from wikia.com or lyrics.ovh, you can add (or edit) lyrics yourself.
