LettersFall 110% – educational falling-letter word puzzle

LettersFall 110% is an educational word puzzle game that combines falling-block mechanics with English spelling. Individual letters descend into the play area and the player must assemble them into correctly spelled words before the accumulating letters become unmanageable.

Its basic idea borrows from two familiar styles of game: the pressure of falling-block puzzles and the word-building challenge of board games such as Scrabble. The emphasis is on American English spelling, with a large bundled dictionary giving players a substantial vocabulary to work with. Difficulty and game modes can be changed to provide different levels of challenge.

This is free and open source software.
