KVIrc is a cross-platform Internet Relay Chat client. The name stands for K Visual Internet Relay Chat client.
The software features an MDI interface, built-in scripting language, support for IRC DCC, drag & drop file browsing, and much more.
KVIrc uses the KDE widget set, can be extended using its own scripting language, integrates with KDE, and supports custom plugins.
KVIrc has its own script language called KVS for extensions, addons and scripts. Every channel, query and DCC Chat is encryptable with Blowfish or AES/Rijnda.
