tiny is a terminal-based IRC client written in Rust. It provides a clean text interface that aims to make conversations easier to follow, particularly when participating in multiple channels.
The client takes an uncluttered approach to presenting IRC activity. Routine events such as users joining and leaving channels are condensed, reducing the amount of space occupied by information that may not be relevant to the conversation.
A dedicated mentions view helps users keep track of messages directed at them, including when they have been away from their terminal. Configuration is handled through a straightforward file, while keyboard shortcuts provide quick navigation between channels and servers.
