nomacs – versatile image viewer with RAW support

nomacs is an image viewer designed for users who need more than a simple way to open pictures. It supports a broad selection of image formats, including RAW camera images, and combines fast browsing with metadata inspection, image adjustments and comparison tools.

One of its distinguishing capabilities is synchronised viewing. Separate nomacs instances can be linked so that images can be inspected together. This is useful when comparing related photographs, examining changes to technical drawings or evaluating different versions of graphics.

The application uses Qt and offers a configurable interface that can be reduced to a simple image display or expanded with additional panels and controls.
