RAMSpeed integer benchmark

RAMSpeed floating point benchmark

$ phoronix-test-suite benchmark ramspeed

RAMspeed tests the system memory (RAM) performance.

Both the top two ranked machines have 5600MHz DDR5 RAM, so I’m frankly at a loss why the Minisforum AI X1 Pro (with its ADATA RAM) has such a massive advantage in this benchmark.

Both the 12th gen and the Intel NUC (i7-1360P) have DDR4 RAM clocked at 3200MHz. The 10th gen desktop machine has slower DDR4 RAM (2666MHz). All machines have paired RAM with the exception of the N100.

Tinymembench benchmark

$ phoronix-test-suite benchmark tinymembench

This benchmark also tests the system memory (RAM) performance. memcpy() copies from one place to another. memset() just sets all pieces of memory to the same value.

Tinymembench benchmark

A curious set of results here.

Let’s now take benchmark the NVMe provided with the Minisforum AI X1 Pro.
