Plume Creator is an open source project manager and rich text editor for writers in a quest of a complete, yet simple, way of writing and organizing their work.
Plume Creator lets you write your stories in chapters and scenes, write full screen, edit notes and synopses, export in .html and .odt, edit in rich text, manage characters, places and items.
This is a cross-platform tool.

I just looked the project page and it seems Plume Creator has been abandoned. No updates in almost six years, uses outdated 32-bit libraries, and the Web site belongs to some commercial entity unrelated to fiction writing. 🙁
Yes, it does seem that Plume is no longer developed. Not uncommon. But there’s always the chance that someone will take on the project.
