mprisence – bridges MPRIS-compatible media players

mprisence bridges MPRIS-compatible media players with Discord Rich Presence. It reads playback information from the desktop session and turns it into a configurable Discord activity without requiring player-specific integrations for common local players.

Configuration is centred around templates and player profiles. It can also work with web-based music services through a browser bridge, which provides richer information and controls than browsers typically expose through their standard MPRIS support.

This is free and open source software.
