It can be used to draw many different kinds of diagrams. It currently has special objects to help draw entity relationship diagrams, UML diagrams, flowcharts, network diagrams, and simple circuits. It is also possible to add support for new shapes by writing simple XML files, using a subset of SVG to draw the shape. Read more

  • NBSD
NSBD, Not-So-Bad Distribution, is an automated distribution system that is designed for distributing open source software on the internet, where users cannot trust the network and cannot entirely trust the maintainers of software. NSBD authenticates packages with GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG) or "Pretty Good(Tm) Privacy" (PGP(Tm)) digital signatures so users can be assured that packages have not been tampered with, and it limits the maintainer to only update selected files and directories on the user's computer. NSBD's focus is on security, leaving as much control as is practical in the users' hands.
  • NetSecL
NetSecL (previously known as ISlack) is a security-focused Linux distribution. It includes Grsecurity by default. Most of the numerous security-related software is suited for penetration testing of your network. There are also security tools for testing your local security and IDSs for monitoring. A Linux distribution, originally based on Red Hat Linux, designed for servers and with emphasis on strong security. The installation program allows the user to choose from a selection of pre-defined server classes, depending on the server's purpose, with all unneeded services turned off by default. For those who intend to install and test drive OpenNA Linux, beware that it cannot be installed on a pre-selected partition - the OS takes over the entire first hard disk.
  • Openwall GNU/Linux
A security-enhanced server operating system with Linux and GNU software as its core. It includes a complete build environment capable of rebuilding the entire system from source, supports multiple architectures (x86 and SPARC), and offers some compatibility for packages developed for other major Linux distributions. Owl combines several approaches to reduce the number and/or impact of flaws in its software components and impact of flaws in third-party software that one might install on the system. The primary approach used is proactive source code review for several classes of software vulnerabilities. However, because of the large amount of code, there's a certain level of "importance" for a software component or a part thereof to be audited. Currently, only pieces of code which are typically run with privileges greater than those of a regular user and/or typically process data obtained over a network are audited before the corresponding software component is included.

These architectural components provide general support for the enforcement of many kinds of mandatory access control policies, including those based on the concepts of Type Enforcement®, Role-based Access Control, and Multi-level Security.
