I see that there are no emulator listings for emulating a Macintosh Plus.
Seems wrong, but maybe there is a reason?

Anyways, I use miniVmac, http://minivmac.sourceforge.net/ and the miniVmac developer is seriously chopping away at emulating other early Macintosh hardware (pre System 8).

Aside from the major caveat of the Macintosh Plus - the very unusual 800K floppy disk drive, I don't recall anything the miniVmac (emulated) Mac Plus could not do when the real Mac Plus could do it. The 800K floppy drive is a hardware problem - those disks will pretty much never be readable in a PC world.

For the adventurous, download the source code and compile an emulated Mac SE, or maybe wait for the Macintosh II code to ripen?

HTH.
