Anyone know the command to execute a file with the .scr ext?

I need to know how to execute a file that has the .scr extension.

I created a file for class named week3prog1rebecca.scr within that file has the following:

(#!/bin/bash
date
echo "Hello World"
who)

so my question is after I save the file what command should I use to execute?
