Friday, March 07 2008 @ 07:58 PM EST
Contributed by: sde

Two new portal pages have been added to the popular 'Linux Equivalents to Windows Software' series. Check out our latest additions: Code::Blocks, a free/open source, cross platform Integrated Development Environment, and TeXmacs, a free WYSIWYW (What You See Is What You Want) scientific word processor.

There are now more than 150 portal pages available.

The complete listing of portal pages can be found here. Each software application offers a real alternative to the proprietory world of Windows.
