Mandriva will now distribute O3Spaces Workplace as part of the
Corporate Server 4 and Mandriva Linux Powerpack+ 2007 Spring
editions. The alliance also covers an extensive support
agreement. This means that the customer is offered a well rounded
software and service package to enhance office productivity, team work
and collaboration based on Mandriva Linux server technology.

O3Spaces Workplace will become available to Mandriva's customers as
part of Mandriva distribution bundles as well as through the Mandriva
reseller network and online store.

"We are very happy to bring the O3Spaces opportunity to our users. The
enhancement of OpenOffice.org to collaboration and document management
will be a clear plus to our customers. They will find a ready to use
evaluation version in our products and will be able to access this
technology easily", said Francois Bancilhon, Mandriva CEO.

"Our alliance with Mandriva again marks a significant step in
realizing our ambitions. We're delighted with the certification on one
of the most full-featured and easy to use Linux systems. Moreover,
with this new cooperation O3Spaces expands its global sales and
support channels, allowing us to better address our customer needs",
said Dr. Rob Mentink, O3Spaces CEO.
