Get ready for a new version of Thunderbird, the first release candidate is out.
Release candidate builds of Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0.1 are now available.

Like last month's Mozilla Firefox 1.0.1, this new version will just fix a few security and stability bugs; it's not a major update.
