Mono 1.0.4 is a service update to the Mono 1.0.xx series and only contains bug fixes over the last Mono 1.0.2 release.

This release is intended for folks using Mono for production systems. The 1.0.4 release also includes new versions of Gtk#, the Mono Documentation and improved versions of XSP and mod_mono for those using ASP.NET.

Mono is a comprehensive open source development platform based on the .NET framework that allows developers to build Linux and cross-platform applications with unprecedented productivity. Mono's .NET implementation is based on the ECMA standards for C# and the Common Language Infrastructure.
