Tohno v0.0.5 Release Candidate 1

Tohno is a public domain project which consists of three parts. Tohno - A (weak) chess engine, icc4j - Internet Chess Connectivity for Java, and Captain - Experimental bot for chess team games on-line.

Except this an API for legal chess is included and used by above components. All the source code is written in Java language ans is included in distribution.
This is the first public source version (with both Tohno, icc4j and web-site). I don't have a change-log for previous "versions" of icc4j, below follows the old changes for chess engine. For this version there are only icc4j API changes and documentations, nothing really new in the chess engine.
