New version of xd3d (8.1.0)

I am pleased to announce the new release of xd3d.

It includes the following changes:

New possibilities to choose the displayed contour field.

Support for pgm/pbm files displayed as 2d meshes + z coordinate (grey level).

New menus replacing old-style terminal questions.

Command line options for scales.

Scales and box can be defined with a given size, different from

the object's dimensions.

A lot of minor bugs fixed.

Some code cleaning.

New example files.
