PhoneGap
PhoneGap is an open source mobile application development
framework produced by Adobe Systems. This framework is
based on the open source Apache Cordova project. It allows
developers to write an app once with HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript, and
then deploy it to a number of mobile devices without losing the
features of a native app.
PhoneGap Build is a cloud-based service built on top of the
PhoneGap framework. It allows you to easily build those same mobile
apps in the
cloud.
PhoneGap currently supports development for the operating
systems: Apple iOS, Google Android, HP webOS, Microsoft Windows Phone,
Nokia Symbian OS, RIM BlackBerry and Tizen.
Features include:
- Cordova WebView, an embeddable HTML rendering
control that incorporates Cordova functionality
