Verdict:

World Newspapers is a useful application for international news readers. It lacks the polish of the best news library apps with a very basic user interface.

Neverthless, having 6,000 news sources at your fingertips makes it a valuable resource. The vast range of sources is the main reason for using this app. The Google Translate tab would be a really useful feature if it was implemented better. This feature suffers from screen corruption on Android devices with smaller screens.
