Launcher 7
Launcher 7 is a Windows Phone 7 style launcher for
the Android platform.
Unlike other current Windows Phone 7 launchers (Windows Phone
Android, Metro UI), this home replacement app
allows users to properly modify the start screen. Just long press on a
tile and drag the tile where you want.

Verdict:
This is a relatively niche home replacement
app given that it is unlikely that the majority of Android users will
want their phone to have the appearance of a Windows Phone 7. The app
requires some tweaking to fully 'emulate' WP7.
