FSync
FSync is a utility that synchronizes files between your
Android device and PC using FTP. This app manages several
FTP servers, supports FTPS - FTP over TLS/SSL in active and passive
mode and securely stores user credentials.

Verdict:
FSync is a useful FTP client and file
synchronizer but is still quite experimental.
