FxCamera enables you to snap a picture, applying various
effects. This app also lets you share your pictures with
friends using Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter and more.

Verdict:
FxCamera is a venerable tool for applying
basic effects to photos taken with your smartphone or tablet but it has
limited features.
