AndroXplorer
AndroXplorer is a file manager with an intuitive user
interface.
This app lets you browse the contents of your Android mobile
device with ease. AndroXplorer's root folder or home view displays the
available folders for you to navigate. Tap on any folder to browse its
content. Tap on any file to run or view it. Long press to display
context menu. AndroXplorer also makes use of Android's proprietary
widget such as sliding drawers for folder navigation, sorting and
toolbar.
There is a paid version also available which adds additional
features such as support for data compression and data encryption.
Features:
- Multiple-views file browsing which are navigate by swiping
your finger to the left or right of the screen. Each view has a
self-contained folder with full file manager functions
- Sliding drawers for file sorting, navigation and toolbar
- My Programs folder - a special folder containing
applications that you have installed in your Android mobile device. In
this folder, you can uninstall, backup, or execute selected
applications.
- Shortcuts feature lets users create shortcuts to
files and folders from any
folder within a view. The shortcuts are then saved in a folder for
future reference
- Built-in fast file search based on a simple pattern or
regular expressions
- WiFi LAN support including SMB servers
- Fast thumbnails view mode
- Selectable color theme
Verdict:
AndroXplorer is a useful file manager but
the free version offers limited functionality.
