File Expert
File Expert is an Android file management and sharing
app. It manages files and other resources on Android powered
devices and shares them over local WiFi networks and Bluetooth
connections.

Verdict:
File Expert is exceptionally strong in terms
of functionality but its handling of SMB shares is not as good as ES
File Explorer's implementation.
