Atom Zombie Smasher

Atom Zombie Smasher

Atom Zombie Smasher is an action-packed game that plays out across a number of missions where your goal is to evacuate zombie-infested cities with a helicopter and groups of mercenaries.

The undead apocalypse is upon us and all eyes are on you, commander. Take control of your orbital battlestation and train your mercenaries well. The best and brightest snipers, artillery crews, and demolition teams are at your disposal. I'm sure you'll emerge victorious. And if not, then do me a favor: go out in a blaze of glory and take out as much of those googoly-eyed crimbos as you possibly can.

In Atom Zombie Smasher, you are tasked with evacuating civilians out of cities before zombies overrun the area. To achieve this goal, you have a fleet of helicopters constantly picking up groups of people. When the helicopter approaches its landing zone, it will blare its foghorn. This attracts nearby civilians to the helicopter's position. To help you in your efforts, mercenaries will provide you their considerable talents. Utilize mercenaries to destroy zombies and clear safe landing zones.

There are two ways to complete a mission: Rescue the quota amount of civilians, or destroy all the zombies before nightfall.

In many respects, Atom Zombie Smasher feels similar to a Roguelike game. Every time you play, the game is randomly generated and is unique from other games. Success only comes with frugal management of your limited resources. Creative thinking is also required.
