7-Zip
7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio. It
operates with the 7z archive format, and can read and write several
other archive formats.
The program supports 7z, XZ, BZIP2, GZIP, TAR, ZIP, WIM, ARJ,
CAB, CHM, CPIO, CramFS, DEB, DMG, FAT, HFS, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MBR, MSI,
NSIS, NTFS, RAR, RPM, SquashFS, UDF, VHD, WIM, XAR, Z.

than ratio in ZIP format
