du
du (abbreviated from disk usage) is a standard utility used to
estimate the file space usage; space being used under a particular
directory or files on a file system.
This makes du useful for tracking down wasted file space such
as files and directories that take up large or excessive amounts of
space on a hard disk or other storage media.
