Parley
Parley is a utility to help train vocabulary when learning a
foreign language. This application is intended as a replacement for
flashcards.
Parley features different tests, including written, multiple
choice, gender of nouns, comparison forms, conjugations. Example
sentences can be used to create fill in the gap tests.
The software uses the flash card learning approach
Parley is very flexible software. It automatically keeps track
of your learning progress. With
Parley you can arrange your vocabulary as you wish, you create your own
lessons as needed. But unlike real flashcards you can use different
learning methods with Parley.
This package is part of the KDE 4 education module.
