rdesktop
is an open source client for Windows Terminal Services, capable of
natively speaking Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) in order to present the
user's Windows desktop.
Supported servers include Windows 2000 Server,
Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista and
Windows NT Server 4.0.
Unlike Citrix ICA, no server extensions are required.
The software has also been integrated into several thin client
Linux
distributions like Thinstation, as well as some thin client appliances.
