rTorrent
 rtorrent
is a BitTorrent client
based on LibTorrent. It uses ncurses and is therefore ideal to use with
the screen utility.
The client and library is written in C++ with emphasis on
speed and
efficiency, while delivering equivalent features to those found in GUI
based clients in an ncurses client.
Features include:
- Use an URL or file path to add torrents at runtime
- Stop/delete/resume torrents
- Optionally loads/saves/deletes torrents automatically in a
session directory
- Safe fast resume support
- Shows lots of information about peers and the torrent
