Pencil
Pencil is an
animation/drawing software.
It lets you create traditional hand-drawn animation (cartoon)
using both bitmap and vector graphics.
Pencil is not intended to imitate web-oriented vector-based
animation software such as Flash.
A Pencil document is organised in layers. There are currently
four types of layers: bitmap image, vector image, sound and camera.
