Chromium B.S.U.

Chromium B.S.U.

Chromium is a top down fast paced high action scrolling space shooter. It is a similar game to a classic DOS game called Raptor.

In this game you are the captain of the cargo ship Chromium B.S.U., and responsible for delivering supplies to troops on the front line. Your ship has a small fleet of robotic fighters which you control from the relative safety of the Chromium vessel.

The game has a number of unique elements not commonly found on overhead scrollers such as the loss of a life for each enemy ship that is allowed to pass by.

Chromium B.S.U uses OpenGL for graphics, and OpenAL for sound effects. Graphics are detailed and backgrounds rendered smoothly.
