Nipper
Nipper is a Network Infrastructure Configuration
Parser.
Nipper takes a network infrastructure device configuration,
processes the file and details security-related issues with the
configuration together with detailed recommendations. Nipper was
previous known as CiscoParse.
Nipper supports a variety of devices from Cisco, Juniper,
CheckPoint, Nortel and SonicWALL.
Features include:
- Reporting
- Can contain a security audit, detail configuration
settings and include appendicies of relevent additional information
- Supports different report formats: HTML, XML, LaTeX, and
ASCII test
- Supports a variety of different types of device from
different manufacturers including:

- Cisco Catalysts (IOS, CatOS and NMP)
