BibleTime

BibleTime

BibleTime is a Bible study application.

It is based on KDE (the K Desktop Environment) and uses the Sword  programming library to work with Bible texts, commentaries, dictionaries and books provided by the  Crosswire Bible Society.

BibleTime is designed to be used with works encoded in one of the formats supported by the Sword project. Over 200 documents in 50 languages are available from the Crosswire Bible Society. These include: Bibles, books (such as the "Imitation of Christ", "Enuma Elish", and "Josephus: The Complete Works"), commentaries (including John Wesley's "Notes on the Bible" and Luther's "Commentary on Galatians"), daily devotionals, and lexicons/dictionaries.
