TuxGuitar

TuxGuitar

TuxGuitar is a multitrack tablature editor and player writen in Java-SWT.

It is a complete program for editing, listening, learning or even writing a complete song.

As well as recording and printing music, TuxGuitar can be used as a practice tool as it can scroll automatically.

There is a fretboard view for working out the different notes used in a chord. Chords can also be constructed with the chord tool.
