RSSOwl

RSSOwl collects data from RSS-compliant sites.  Specifically, it lets you gather, organize, update, and store information from any RSS-compliant source in a convenient, easy to use interface, save selected information in various formats for offline viewing and sharing, and much more.

It is written in Java, and uses SWT as a widget toolkit to allow it to fit in with the look and feel of different operating systems while remaining cross-platform. 

Version 2.0 is currently in development. Preview of RSSOwl 2.0
