    amaroK Web is a web frontend to amaroK, the KDE Multimedia Player. It provides a jukebox functionality. It allows basic controls over the amaroK player, including adding/removing songs from the playist.

    The Glirnath is a web utility to browse and play audio files on a remote unix computer dedicated to be a music jukebox, implemented using PHP and Perl. The Glirnath does not stream music to the local computers, but rather acts as a remote agent to play music on the server itself (hook it up to your stereo or something).
  • Gronk!
    Gronk! is a Web-based MP3 jukebox. It generates heavily-hyperlinked Web pages listing all of your ripped CDs, by extracting information from CDDB data.
  • Moe Music
    Moe Music is a web based frontend to mpg123. It uses mysql as a back end database for storing songs and keeping queues. Moe Music is intended for use at LAN parties or anywhere else sound for a room is needed, as the music is played from a central server.
  • Musicqueue
    Musicqueue is a CGI music jukebox using external tools to play the files. Because of that it supports several formats. It supports two modes, enqueue & vote. In vote mode users can vote on music and the song with the most votes is played. In enqueue mode songs are enqueued and the one that's been in the playlist the longest is played. It is themable through CSS & has many configuration options.
  • MusicStation
    MusicStation is a web based Media and Entertainment server system, designed for use on lans and home networks. Current formats supported are MP3 and OGG Vorbis. Many more audio and video formats will be available.
  • MyMusic
    Mymusic is a MP3 jukebox for Linux and other Unices that uses a MySQL database to store song info (as well as other data), and a PHP web interface (with other interfaces planned). It features weighted-random song selection based on previous requests.
  • NetAMP
    a set of php3 programs that connect to a MySQL database of all of your mp3s and provide an easy to use web interface that allows users to browse, play, and download your songs

  • otto
    otto is a web based mp3 database and jukebox which can gracefully organize a very large number of albums. it is suitable for home or office workgroup use, or as an interface to a streaming internet 'radio' station.
  • PrivateRadio
    PrivateRadio is another web based jukebox. In addition to typical jukebox features, PrivateRadio uses a radio tuner metaphor for its 'stations'. Each station can play to a mplayer/madplay daemon or easily scripted to shout to shoutcast/winamp.
  • Pymps
    Pymps is the PYthon Music Playing System - a web based mp3/ogg jukebox. It's written in Python and utilises the PostgreSQL database. It has full support for Ogg Vorbis files, and is shoutcast compatible tag streaming (when using gnump3d).
  • RDTJ
    RDTJ (Roundeye's Duct Tape Jukebox) is a web-controlled jukebox system for use with computers capable of playing MP3's. It is being developed on and for Linux systems, but the system should work on other *nix-like systems (FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, etc.). It uses PHP for the web interface, MySQL for the database engine, Perl for the back-end player, and mpg123 to play the mp3 files.
  • Shallot
    Shallot is a media player designed for remote playback and remote access (over the web, RPC). It is currently in alpha status, but allows for playback and library management operations.
  • Tin Whistler
    Tin Whistler is a set of Perl CGI scripts that turns any Web server into a jukebox.
  • Tunez
    Tunez is a MP3 jukebox that works with a voting system. You can vote for your favorite tracks via the Web interface, and the Tunez daemon will take care of the rest. Features include: MP3 and OGG vorbis playback support via a PHP or Perl daemon, support for Icecast v1 (with the shout command) and Icecast v2.0 (with Ices v0.3), voting support for multiple users, full id3v1/id3v2/ogg reading/writing tag support, and more.
  • Webplayer
    Webplayer is a Web-based MP3 player, which runs as a server on any machine in your network, and can be controlled remotely via your web browser. Webplayer features the ability to load a playlist (.m3u), a directory of .mp3 files or a single .mp3 file. Volume control (pcm and vol, tested only on FreeBSD) is also available.
  • Zina
    Zina is a graphical interface to your MP3 collection, a personal jukebox, an MP3 streamer. It can run on its own, embeded into an existing website, or as a Postnuke/PHPNuke/Xoops/Mambo module. It is similar to Andromeda, but released under the GNU General Public License.
