The Italian firm CompuMaster has introduced a compact thin client that runs Linux. The "Praim Ino" can be mounted on the back of a monitor, draws just six Watts, and comes with a variety of client software, the company says.

Kate
Kate is a multi document editor, based on a rewritten version of the kwrite editing widget of KDE, offering all the features of that plus a bunch of its own. Kate has been been moved to the kdebase package, and is a builtin part of your favorite desktop since release 2.2. Being a native KDE application, Kate is of course born with networking transparency, as well as it integrates with the outstanding features of KDE.     The PHP program inidoc is contributed with LayManSys, and is used internally for documenting configuration files in a so-called INI format. This file format is typically used for config files under MS Windows or by PHP Web applications. inidoc uses special comments in the INI files and generates DocBook XML output. The program's output format is DocBook XML, where each INI file is documented within a section. Normal text is put into para tags, and the key-value pairs are described using a glosslist.

    The Nordicwind Document Management System (NOAH) is a server-based documentation system that manages document revisions in a central repository.
  • PHP Doc System
    a modular PHP system for creating documentation. You create modules for documentation elements (installation steps, buttons, screens, etc.) and then refer to them instead of having to copy/paste information you'd want to have in 2 or more places

    a system for PHP class documentation. You can add projects with classes and their functions with parameters
  • PHPDocumentor
    phpDocumentor, sometimes referred to as phpdoc or phpdocu, is the current standard auto-documentation tool for the php language. Similar to Javadoc, and written in php, phpDocumentor can be used from the command line or a web interface to create professional documentation from php source code.
  • PHPdocutron
    can be used to document PHP classes, it uses MySQL and simple interface to add classes, describe methods and parameters. Then it can generate HTML documentation for a selected group of classes with hyperlinks
  • phpManta
    phpManta is a suite of PHP classes, scripts and examples intended to help PHP programmers writing stable PHP websites and applications. Coding is faster using auto-documentation, templates and web widgets from the phpManta suite.
  • Python xmlprinter
    a simple, lightweight module to help write out XML documents, helping ensure proper quoting and balanced tags. The idea is grabbed from Perl's XML::Writer module
  • WeHelpBUS
    a Web-based Help Browser for Unix-like Systems. It is a set of CGI scripts, that enables users to browse documentation, stored in various formats, using their preferred Web browser
  • XHTML Doclet
    XHTML Doclet is a standards-compliant alternative to the Javadoc standard HTML doclet. It revises the document structure to exclude outdated tags and inline styles, creates valid XHTML markup, and provides better hooks for more flexible CSS manipulation.
  • xnsdoc
    xnsdoc is a documentation generator for XML namespaces defined by W3C XML Schema in HTML in a JavaDoc like visualization. xnsdoc supports all common schema design practices like chameleon, russian doll, salami slice, venetian blind schemas or circular schema references.
  • xsd2db
    The xsd2db package is contributed with LayManSys and is used for converting XML Schema Definition files into DocBook XML code. The transformer can also be used to generate DocBook XML from plain XML files. It marks up tag names, attribute names, attribute values and annotation, if parsing XSD code.
