CryWrap is a simple wrapper that waits for TLS/SSL connections, and proxies them to an unencrypted location. It is somewhat similar to sslwrap, but differs in quite a few ways: first, it is distributed under the GPL, and is based on GNUTLS.
yaSSL is a fast, open source, dual licensed implementation of SSL. It includes SSL client libraries and an SSL server implementation. yaSSL supports multiple API's, including those defined by the SSL and TLS. yaSSL also supports an OpenSSL compatibility interface.
