  • mod-vhost-ldap-ng
mod-vhost-ldap is an Apache 2.x module for storing and configuring virtual hosts from LDAP. It supports DocumentRoot, ScriptAlias, ServerName, ServerAlias, ServerAdmin, and SuexecUserGroup directives. It's built on top of mod_ldap, so it uses its caching capabilities and can be used with a threaded Apache httpd.

  • mod_lock
mod_lock allows you to conditionally lock a part of a web server by just creating a file in a predefined location. This feature is useful for system maintenance on multi VirtualHosted systems.
  • mod_myvhost
mod_myvhost is for dynamically configured name-based mass virtual hosting with PHP. Virtual host configurations and PHP settings are stored in a MySQL database. There is no need to have every vhost in apache's configuration file, or to restart apache after a configuration change. It is able to change PHP settings dynamically for any vhost. By default, it sets open_basedir as the vhost's rootdir, but you can change almost any parameter that exists in php.ini. For example, you can turn on safe_mode or register_globals for a particular vhost.
  • mod_pweb
The idea behind mod_pweb is to have the complete virtual host configuration in one shared memory segment and then have small httpd processes attaching to this segment to do the domainname to path resolution.
  • mod_samoylyk
mod_samoylyk is a dynamic virtual hosting module for Apache.
  • mod_vhost
This module is provided for a Virtual Host based on the LDAP Directory Server or PostgreSQL.

  • mod_vhs
mod_vhs is an Apache 2.0 Web server module allowing mass virtual hosting without the need for file-based configuration. The virtual host paths are translated from any database supported by libhome at request time from MySQL, LDAP, PAM, or a system password file.
