    4Sports is an exercise management application. You can use it to analyze your exercises in a number of ways. 4Sports can import data from the Garmin "Forerunner 201/301" devices, and display information in a table and in a graph (like heart rate over distance). It's also possible to export the tracks (GPS data) into Google Earth, where the track is color-coded according to your heart-rate. The graphs can be exported to SVG files.

    xAutoClick enables you to automatically click the left mouse button. It is designed to reduce strain on the wrist muscles caused by repetitive mouse clicking, which can lead to serious injury or impairment (RSI, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, et cetera). By specifying the interval, a random factor and the number of times to click, the program simulates natural clicking.
  • xgrabber
    xgrabber is designed to prevent folks with repetitive strain injuries (RSI), aka chronic pain from over using a computer by forcing them to take regular breaks.
