Digital streams almost totally command my music listening these days. Over the years I have amassed a large collection of CDs at considerable expense; most of them now sit neglected gathering dust. Almost all music streaming services fall short of the audio quality of CDs, but their popularity has more to do with sheer convenience than high-fidelity sound reproduction.

    GFingerPoken is a BlackBox-type game for GTK 1.2 or higher. It was heavily inspired by Marble, an old MS Windows shareware game.

    GLightOff is a simple (but not so easy to solve!) puzzle game. The goal is to switch off all the lights on the 5x5 board.

    glsnake is an imitation of Rubiks' Snake. The snake is made up of 24 triangular prisms (half-cubes) connected on the square faces by a rotational joint. The snake may be rotated and manipulated into a variety of shapes.
  • Gnome Honbun
    The goal of this game is obviously to collect as many points as possible. The rules are simple. Whenever there are 3 or more tiles of the same color in a row or in a column, they will disappear. New tiles will fall from the top. You can swap two adjacent tiles but only in case this operation would produce a "row" or "column" of tiles of single color.
  • GNUbik
    GNUbik is an interactive, graphical, single player puzzle. This free program renders an image of a cube, like that invented by Erno Rubik. You have to manipulate the cube using the mouse. When each face shows only one colour, the game is solved.

    Gnumch is a clone of the "Number Munchers" game for those of us that still experience nostalgia for the good old days of Apple ][e. It teaches simple mathematical concepts such as primes, factors, multiples, and simple arithmetic.

    gPlanarity is a simple puzzle game involving untangling planar graphs for fun and prizes. If you tend to get addicted to cute little math puzzles, this one is a doozy.
  • gTans
    The Tangram is a chinese puzzle. The object is to put seven geometric shapes together so as to form a given outline. All the pieces must be used and are laid next to one another. The pieces are five triangles, a square and a parallelogram.
  • gwanderer
    gwanderer is a Gnome version of the old UNIX puzzle game wanderer and xwanderer. The idea for the game came from the games 'Repton', 'Boulderdash'.
  • Hexxagon
    In Hexxagon the goal of the game is to get more pieces than your opponent before the board is full. The pieces can clone or jump. All the opponents pieces that lies next to a moved piece will become yours.
  • House of Mirrors
    House Of Mirrors (HoM) is a logic game inspired by Chromatron (from Silver SpaceShip Software). The game consists of a 2D grid in which several types of objects are found, including detectors and mirrors. The goal is simple: light up all the detectors using emitted or reflected rays of light. Usually, you can move and rotate the mirrors but not the detectors. In each level, the choice of available objects is limited. There can be more than one solution for each level.

    In HuaRongDao the aim of the game is to move the ten pieces in the board in order to move the largest (yellow) one, CanCao, to the center of the bottom side of the board.
