  • ALEC64, The ALE C64 Emulator
    A Commodore C64 Emulator for X Windowing System or Linux Console. It provides complete emulation of the hardware and bulletin machine language monitor.
  • CBM BASIC Lister
    CBM BASIC Lister (formerly C64 BASIC Lister) is a tool to generate an easily readable and printable BASIC listing of any CBM BASIC program (C64/VIC20, etc.) saved as Prg file.
  • cbmfs
    cbmfs allows you to mount your 8-bit Commodore disk images into your local filesystem. Currently, d64, d71, d81, d80, and d82 images are supported in read and write mode.
  • Come Back 64/UNIX
    A freeware Commodore 64 emulator available for DOS, Windows, Windows CE port, Java and UNIX/Linux. It can be downloaded in source and binary form. The games ACE2 and Leader Board are included with the binaries.
  • E-UAE
    This is a version of UAE, the Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, with an emulation core largely based on WinUAE. It attempts to bring many of the great features of WinUAE to non-Windows platforms.
  • ec64
    A C64 emulator written in 100% x86 Assembly. You need nasm-0.98 to compile it and a working fb-device (/dev/fb0) with the ability to change the color palette. It behaves like a C64 with an attached C1541. The emulation works cycle oriented.
  • Frodo
    Frodo is a free, portable C64 emulator for BeOS, Unix, MacOS, AmigaOS, RiscOS and WinNT/95 systems. This emulator focuses on the exact reproduction of special graphical effects possible on the C64, and has therefore relatively high system requirements. It should only be run on systems with at least a PowerPC/Pentium/68060. Frodo is capable of running most games and demos correctly, even those with FLI, FLD, DYCP, open borders, multiplexed sprites, timing dependent decoders, fast loaders etc.
  • MyMiggy
    MyMiggy is a very functional, coherent and intelligently-laid-out KDE Amiga Emulator. It works by using the most-excellent piece of software UAE, and as such serves essentially as a frontend for said program.
  • plus4emu
    plus4emu is a portable emulator of the Commodore Plus/4 computer. It supports Windows and POSIX platforms (32 bit Windows and 32 and 64 bit Linux have been tested). It implements accurate, high quality hardware emulation, but the system requirements are higher than that of most other emulators.
  • The UAE Amiga Emulator
    UAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. It emulates a68000/010/020/040 CPU, optionally a 68881 FPU, OCS, ECS and AGA Graphics Chipset (including sprite-playfield collisions), and up to 2MB Chip RAM and up to 8MB Fast RAM, or 8MB Chip RAM without Fast RAM
  • VICE
    VICE is a program that runs on a Unix, MS-DOS, Win32, OS/2, Acorn RISC OS or BeOS machine and executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).
