It allows the user to set up disk-to-disk backups that happen automatically. VeriTAR VeriTAR [Veri(fy)TAR] is a command-line utility that verifies the MD5 sums of files within a tar archive. Yakup Yakup is a tool for managing multi-level backups to fixed disk and removable CD/DVD media. Yakup can also be used for ad-hoc archiving.
